Refund policy

All Sales Final Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptide compounds, all sales are final. orPep does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders orPep will issue a replacement or store credit in the following situations only:

  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product arrived visibly damaged or compromised

To be eligible, you must contact us at orpep.ca@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the product and packaging as received
  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Eligible Situations The following are not grounds for a refund or replacement:

  • Change of mind
  • Product appearance differing from website images
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Customs delays, seizures, or import issues
  • Failure to store product correctly upon receipt

Customs and Import orPep is not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs. No refunds will be issued for orders lost due to customs seizure. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that importing research peptides is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Processing Time Approved replacements or store credits will be processed within 10-14 business days of claim approval.
