1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or placing an order on orPep.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Research Use Only All products sold by orPep are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any application outside of lawful scientific research. By purchasing from orPep, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that all products will be used exclusively for research purposes.

3. Age Restriction You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from orPep. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Product Information orPep makes no claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for use in humans or animals. Product images on orPep are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance, including vial design, label, and packaging, may vary from images displayed on the website.

5. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. orPep reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

6. Shipping orPep ships across Canada and the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. orPep is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Refund Policy Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. orPep does not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where the wrong product was shipped or the product arrived damaged. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to orpep.ca@gmail.com.

8. Limitation of Liability orPep shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from this website. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe and lawful use of all products.

9. Compliance with Laws The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of products complies with all applicable local, provincial, federal, and international laws and regulations.

10. Intellectual Property All content on orPep.com including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of orPep and may not be reproduced without written permission.
