Early Operations Notice orPep is a newly launched business and we appreciate your patience and support as we establish our operations. During our initial months of business, order processing and shipping times may be longer than standard. Orders may take up to 30 days to ship from the date of payment confirmation. We are committed to fulfilling every order and will provide updates via email throughout the process. If you have any concerns about your order status please contact us at orpep.ca@gmail.com.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations orPep currently ships to Canada and the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- United States: 7-14 business days
Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $150 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
Packaging All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Products are packaged to maintain integrity during transit. Peptides requiring cold chain storage are packaged with appropriate insulation materials.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. orPep is not responsible for delays or errors in tracking updates provided by the carrier.
Customs and Import Duties Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs inspection and import duties. orPep is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged upon delivery. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that importing research peptides is lawful in their jurisdiction.
orPep is not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at orpep.ca@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, orPep will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. orPep is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.
